Description

Come and CongreGate with Mark, Shawn, and Micah as they talk about culture, politics, sports, world events, and church from a biblical worldview. In ancient times, the community elders sat in the city gate to talk politics and culture, conduct business, pass judgment, and share ideas about life. Trading in the city gate for a few microphones and an endless source of inspiration and banter (aka "the internet"), a pastor and college professor, a former naval officer, and a rotary club president team up to share their (usually) common-sense thoughts on what is going on in the world and the church. We're not experts and we're not trying to sell you anything. Some people won't agree with us; some people will. Regardless, join J. Mark Fox, Shawn Curtis, and Micah Fox for weekly episodes of CongreGate!

Congregate and Share

Mark, Shawn, and Micah gatther together each week to talk about current events, sports, politics and faith. Yes this pocast is faith based, but do not be turned off. They share honestly and have a dialouge about issues. They welcome feedback and try to address it in a timely way. Take a listen and then congregate around the mic or keyboard and share your thoughts.

Fantastic family podcast

This is a great podcast guys! I heard about it from Todd Wilson's Familyman podcast, and went back and listened to all the episodes. Your conversations keep my attention the entire show, and your topics are relavent to today's struggle to stay forever faithful in an ever changing and increasingly anti-Christian world. I especially like your varied backgrounds and family balance, and many of your opinions and editorial comments ring true to me as a husband and father. Keep up the good work my brothers in Christ!

Worth Every Penny

It doesn't fall into the trap of turning in on itself and simply embracing Christian culture. This one here is a thinker.
