The Rock N Roll Hall of Fame inductees were released yesterday. The guys go over who got in and who is not in already. A small topic of Hall of Fame inductions comes around about how they let anyone in in some HOF but don't in others. The conversation takes a hard right turn to the Pirates and their current six game losing streak.
The guys react to Ben Cherington's comments about Jared Jones being pulled after 59 pitches. Cherington said it was a "staff decision" to have Jones pulled after those 59 pitches even though he was absolutely dominant. Joe does not believe that it was a staff decision and Cherington is passing the blame. Paul suggests if Cherington is not interested in winning games, then why is he the general manager?
Martin Perez called out himself and his teammates for having negative body language. Paul Zeise says things have changed exponentially in a week. Going over the lineup and who is hitting and who is not. Rowdy Tellez has not done much and Bob says they should have signed Cody Bellinger instead. What are the Pirates going to do with Henry Davis? Should they demote him when Grandal comes back? Joey Bart has been one of the lone bright spots that the Pirates have.
More on Cher. Bob says he would strongly consider moving Oneil Cruz to the minors to try and get his confidence back with how much he has been striking out. The topic of utility players being every day players dooming the Pirates comes up.

Who should the Steelers draft this Thursday night? The guys go through the mock drafts out there and discuss who various pundits are taking. Most have the Steelers taking an offensive linemen. Joe suggest that if a better defensive lineman is available, the Steelers should choose that position over a lineman.
Joe takes offense to someone on Twitter yelling at him that he does not ask hard questions. A discussion on not letting Twitter users get to you. Starkey is a very good host who drives the show. He makes interesting points and ideas. Ron Cook by contrast just sits there and follows him,often repeating what Joe says.
