Play by Play Critique of Cosmos

I can't think of anyone more likable and competent than Tom Merritt. I have enjoyed everything he's ever done until this. Although it has its moments, the pretension of the running commentary on Cosmos has pretty much turned me off this one. I don't see why this is continuing, but it's definitely made me stop listening. I'll be interested in the next creation Tom does down the road.

Rising from the ashes of its predecessor

They are back and better then ever! If you love Tom and Brian, this is the evolution of their previous show. It's Awesome!

I'm cutting the cord to this show.

Brushwood's libertarian politics have polluted this show to the point where it's become unlistenable. The less crazy his hair got the more crazy he got. I'm don't know why someone who purports to be a politcal neutralist like Tom Merritt doesn't try to reign him in.
