Superb Podcast!

It's about time a great podcast for distance runners came out. I really hope they keep making episodes because the information they give is gold!


It’s Different, Very Different

Be forewarned… If you don’t take to change easily then this podcast is not for you. Drew and Jon talk about running training and fitness in very differently than most others. I will say, if you can get past the idea that you have to run mileage to run fast, then this podcast is a must for you. If you are really attached to running a lot of miles, this might not be a great choice for you.
