Following three knee surgeries, and a year and a half of physical therapy, someone asked Jonathan Fitzgordon what he was doing to prevent a fourth surgery. When he realized the answer was "nothing", he created Corewalking, a program that shares how fixing your walk can change everything about your physical well-being for the better. By making minor changes to long-term patterns, major benefits can accrue. In this podcast series, Jonathan, along with co-host Alex Mabilon, share methods for living, moving and aging gracefully with discussions on walking, anatomy, functional fitness and so much more.

Jonathan’s the best
I love Jonathan’s teaching and this podcast is such a great way to stay connected to it. I am a full-time yoga teacher and more often than I’d like to admit I hear his ideas seeping through my cues. He is so influential, smart, fun, humble. Thank you! And thank you Alex for being a great host with awesome questions that are so well-informed.
Core walking-a step in the right direction
I loved this podcast. It was informative and motivating. Jonathan’s knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics is unsurpassed. It is a must for both yogi and non yogi.
Thanks for sharing your expertise.
So helpful already
Even after one episode my attention to how we carry our bodies changed. I hope to keep listening and gaining more understanding.
