Best interval training podcost! Music is great and the coach tells you when to speed up or cool down!
Excellent running program
This program is amazing!! I started with couch to 5K but switched to running mate 5K101 in week 3 and so glad I did. I love how motivating it is and the coaching was just perfect. Absolutely recommend to any beginning runner.
Like having a coach with you
Having never run much, I knew I needed something to get me motivated. So far, I've just about completed week 5 and am amazed by how affective the incremental increases have been. When I started, I doubted ever being able to complete a 5K, but my confidence is growing with each passing week. I'm no fan of the techno background music, but Todd gets the job done. There's nothing like hearing the guitar/harplike end sound to each workout. If you have eight weeks and want to enter a 5K, look no further.
