Side Quests is a podcast! Just like Cthulhu & Friends! This is our second podcast feed, where we will play fun, obscure, and possibly out-of-print RPGs, such as Ghostbusters, Ghost in the Shell, and Alien

Customer Reviews

So much fun. All the charm and wit of the Cthulhu and Friends team but in a wacky off the wall world and adventure. Hiroshi and Veronica crying is maybe the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Hey did you ever wish the Cthulhu and Frineds crew would play something else other than Call of Cthulhu? Really? Why would you ever say that? I love their CoC game! Rude... Anyways if you did want to hear them play some other games Side Quests is defintiely for you! Josh takes the roll of Ghostmaster in their very first episode of the Ghostbusters campaign and there's TONS OF FUN waiting for you with in! Plug in your favorite earbuds into your earbud receptacles and enjoy!

The Ghostmaster has spoken!

Four minutes into the first episode, I was nearly in fits from laughter. It's refreshing to hear the Cthulhu & Friends crew play something more light-hearted, with Josh as a great novice GM mainly concerned that everyone is laughing and having a good time (despite his claims to petty tyranny.) The greatest danger to the St Paxton branch of the GB is clearly the egos or incompetence of the characters themselves! The character acting is highly enjoyable, and the game world is one we are familiar with, with problems like paying the bills, but like a good fun rpg the town is a bit more slipshod and silly than real life. I can't wait to hear more of the zany hijinks the cast gets up to... Remember to keep the hospital on speed dial!
