I’m a little biased

…as it’s my podcast. But I do hope you enjoy the free audiobook, and subsequent off the cuff conversations with really interesting people. Thank you for having a listen!

Get your business and your life to the next level

How befitting that Robbe Richman releases the much anticipated audio version of Culture Blueprint, along with this podcast just as Merriam-Webster tells us that “culture” is their word of the year (measured by earning the most look-ups on their website).
People want to understand what culture *is*; Richman’s podcast not only does that, but it defines the genre of the culture hack. Robbe has a unique ability to dwell in the intersection of fun, efficaciousness, depth, and alacrity, when approaching both traditional and ad-hoc organizations. Who else combines open-space technology and improv with unflinchingly honest coaching to get people to the next level?
Robbe understands how to maintain depth while keeping things simple enough to install immediately. Perhaps his greatest gift is his unrelenting desire for praxis, and his commitment to the greatness of those around him. Those are constituent ingredients for a highly useful and interesting podcast. Richman tells us “…it’s the obstacles that create the space for art”; he has found a space to address our obstacles and encourage our art. I’m all in.

Learn from the authority! Robert’s message is easy to understand and makes a lot of sense for organizations of all sizes.
