||CleanLeadership Replication - Episode 3||In this podcast, Chris shares four leadership stages you can use to replicate leadership in someone else and talks about the importance of instruction and practice. Working through each stage gives you a chance to give positive encouragement and constructive critique which effectively equips someone to replicate what you do. Chris also provides a tool at the end of the podcast that will help you think through the environments you are in and get clear on how to develop leaders around you. Working through this tool will give those around you a vision for success as well as a structure you can use so that they are equipped to step in and carry the weight of leadership. As current leaders are being developed on all levels, you’re more likely to move new leaders into new roles.||3/10/2019||Free||View in iTunes|
||CleanMy Story - Episode 2||In episode 2, Chris shares his story and some practical language he uses personally to help him focus on his own discipleship journey with Christ. When his relationships seem off, he reflects on these concepts to see if he is the one causing problems with others. When he is aware of himself, his strengths and weaknesses, and the things that blind him from being effective with people, he finds he is able to be more useful to those around him. In the podcast, Chris will encourage and challenge you to identify the temptations you might struggle with so you can become more productive at developing yourself and the people around you. Mentioned in the Podcast, is the “100 Common Struggles & Personal Assessment.” If you have questions or want Chris to discuss a topic please contact him over his website at CultureBus.cc. From a supportive friend
I can’t write this review as a pastor or a marketplace leader, but I think it would be difficult to find someone who could write a more thorough character review for my friend, Chris (aka Christopher). We have been great friends for the past 15+ years, and I have had the privilege of watching how God has orchestrated so many steps for Chris and his family, and along the way God blesses Chris with the CultureBus concept. At the heart of this tool has been the message, hope, and transformational power of the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I would strongly encourage all who are interested to not only add this podcast to your queues, but to make an effort to connect with Chris and find out for yourselves that he is a man who loves Jesus and desires to be used to serve other people’s ministries and platforms.
