Description

Let's be real ~ most of us are battling addictions in one form or another. Katya Slivinskaya takes one form of addiction ~ the deceptively common Binge Eating Disorder (more common than you think) ~ and asks for help from the most skilled and inspiring coaches, therapists, healers and artists she can find, in search of one thing: how can we use our addictions to live happier, freer lives?

Inspiring minds!

Katya has an inspiring mind and an even braver Soul! I'm so happy she has embarked on this journey into the seas of podcasts. She's made for it. I'm so excited to see where this journey is going to take her. I imagine, only incredible places. I highly recommend you go on this journey with her, her guests, and to learn and be inspired by all the stories they share.

Wow, I want more!

I am really enjoying this and I can't wait to hear what is yet to come from Katya Slivinskaya. Although I am not a woman and I do not struggle with binge eating, I do struggle with other addictions and I can say that the deeper spiritual causes of all our struggles are universal. Katya's curiosity and determination to get to the root of it is really inspiring. She is the real deal.

Talking about the Pink Elephant in the Room!

Whether you binge eat, have another eating disorder or any other excess/starve, reward/punishment controlled behavior of any kind (which most of us do), Katya has created a space to explore how we can openly and honestly discuss the dynamics of those behaviors in a safe, open and highly interesting way. Coming from all angles of the spirit, mind and body, I love how she brings it ALL together. We can acknowledge and befriend the pink elephant, if only we dare and have the courage to talk about it... Katya helps make that happen.
