Fun group having a great time!

Great time listening to this group!

Action, Imagery and Adventure

Oh my goodness, what an exceptional D & D podcast! The game is well paced high adventure. The Storyteller weaves a landscape of images and actions, while the players immerse themselves in the world completing the tapesty. While listening, I am always caught up in the world, practically seeing the story unfold. In fact there are 2 scenes that have left such vivid images in my brain, i would love to see them in print.

The thing is that it's not JUST about the game. The whole group has a wonderful chemistry and comfort which each other, which flows out from the podcast in waves of enjoyment. This is one of those rare podcasts, which not just shows you the game and the story, but also shows you why people play these games. The amount of fun and friendship is infectious making you want to join in, or start a game of your own.

And (if you have read this far) the editing is spectacular. The levels are well balanced, and the dialog is crisp. There is no extranious noise of people chesing, coughing, or otherwise distracting from the story. And the editor adds in occasional environmental enhancements to subtly bring the adventure to life. The only way it could be better is if the editor could rift scents past your nose.

All in all, if you like a good story, a good game, or just listening to good friends have fun, this is well worth checking out.
