Good Core to the Podcast, has some flaws

I have listened to almost all the podcasts and I like the show at its core. The game reviews are excellent and very detailed. I appreciate knowing that some games are good for some people (beer and pretzels) and others are more intense. The reviews of the games, gaming universes and gamer talk in general is all stuff I can appreciate and what I listen to this podcast for. Unfortunately I do have some things that are beginning to get in the way of my enjoyment. Turn Raef's microphone off. His unfunny interruptions of the other hosts (craig especially) are more than annoying, they are making me want to stop listening. I don't understand how an adult male can think the shenanigans he pulls on the air are cute. The hollywood minute is another part of the podcast I could totally do without. Last weeks banal musings about MMO's vs. Console gaming was another snoozer. Stop taking yourself so seriously bro, you are playing WoW, not curing cancer. The wives are ok, I think they probably don't need as much time as they get but compared to Raef the wives are delightful. I like rapid fire, but I feel lately it's beginning to lose its punch, so maybe if you did it every other show you could save up some ammo to make it better. I enjoy the "core" of the show and I hope you guys go back to that sort of podcast.

Best gaming podcast on the net

The rapid-fire intro section is pure, pants-wetting gold that gets referred to all week once me & my buddies hear it. There are only two podcasts that deal signifigantly with Warmachine & this one is much more objective & reasoned. The D6 guys tell it like it is & are not scared of dishing out praise or slamming something that deserves it, respectively. Entertaining & highly recommended! My only gripe- more Warmachine, less board games! Kepp 'em coming guys!

The Best Podcast of its Kind!

The title says it all. Each episode is entertaining, informative and well-balanced. Russ, Craig and Hollywood provide insightful analysis and commentary on a variety of games- from the popular to the obscure. They bring a wealth of gaming experience, discerning intelligence and a great sense of fun to each and every episode. I eagerly look forward to each new release. - And for the record, I find "Rapid Fire" hilarious!
