Customer Reviews

I love these podcasts. Amazing guests and thoughtful questions. I’m always excited when I see a new one pop up. Perfect compliment to any conscious journey.

Really insightful and helpful

I listened to the podcast less stress more ziva and it’s honestly the first podcast I have ever listened to. I really enjoyed it and loved the breathwork exercise at the end! I am a big fan of breathwork and it was nice to be able to add this to my practice. 😊

Love this podcast

Fabulous podcast! When I first started meditating I believed there was a singular, lineal type of meditation and that all the meditators are the same. I love listening to this podcasts because it expanded my horizons to the different types of people from all backgrounds, who find quality in sitting in stillness.
