Great Content, Different Delivery?

Let me say first that an I/O podcast is exactly what I was looking for. I follow a lot of occupational/career podcasts, but that's not what I want to focus on as I prepare for grad school. I found Department 12 and I was super excited. The content is great and it's exactly what I want to listen to. The only downside is the presentation. The general format of a podcast that works well is a main host/s and guest interviews. This guy asks his guests questions via email, and reads their answers. I would love it if he would instead actually interview the guests in person. It would take some additional editing I am sure, but you don't get the same vibrant answers from reading someone else's written word. If this had that format, and was advertised well on SIOP and other places, I bet it would really take off!

Where are the women in the I-O field?

I am enjoying an I-O psychology podcast and appreciate the format. Content is good, and succinct. My only gripe is that the podcast is 14 episodes in and Ben has only interviewed men. There are plenty of talented, accomplished women in the field. Ben, you need to interview them.
