A fresh take on a Lostcast

Imagine if the guys from Clerks had a seriously irreverant, profanity filled podcast about Lost, and then at the end of it, a music theory professor from Oxford came in and gave a lecture analyzing the most recent episode's soundtrack score. That is this podcast, and, random as it is, the format works exceptionally well. Not only does the first part consistantly make me laugh, but the music theory part is extremely interesting and -- gasp -- educational. I highly recommend this for any Lost fans looking for more than just a recap of the most recent episode's plot.

Different from any other Lost P'cast and here's why:

What I love about "Dharmalars" is that it is different from any other Lost podcast (I subscribe to at least 5 others). Ralph and Ben do not hold back... and they are hilarious, without even trying. They kick off the podcast w/ some banter, then, segue into the show. This kind of threw me off the first time I listened, but now I actually look forward to the senseless banter. What I like most is their ability to laugh at the show and themselves. This podcast also examines the musical score of the show. Highly recommend! Very entertaining if ya love sarcastic humor with tons of pop-culture references... I get the idea they were total couch potatoes as kids. ;)

Not another recap podcast

Just witty banter about Lost with inside jokes and euphemisms that go right over my head. I dare to say I may enjoy Dharmalars better than Jay and Jack.
