It's always a pleasure to see how Lama Ole explains the Buddhist path and goal in its simplest form. His words stick with me throughout the day and I have to smile. What a guy!
Great podcast. I listen to them on my way to the office and find them enjoyable and informative. The speaker has a sense of humor and interesting grasp on the way things are.
Great stuff. This is a good intro into buddhism from what I know. I hope there are more to come.
