The Perfect Podcast for the Disneyphile & Businessperson
I've really enjoyed the first few podcast episodes. As a life-long Disney fan, I love learning about best business practices and customer service tips through the world of Disney. Jeff's extensive Disney knowledge and business experience show in the podcast and his engaging & positive attitude are a bonus.
Also, as someone who loves podcasts, I appreciate that they keep the episodes concise and shorter in length. I highly recommend this podcast.
Entertaining AND useful!
These podcasts are like brief little walks into the brain of Disney. It explores how Disney utilizes various methods to gain and keep a customer base, marketing, business and customer service strategies. Then they discuss how you can use them to better your own business. Personal stories of experiences with cast members really made it memorable. Will keep listening!!
