This podcast will be focused on solving the things that feel the most unsolvable in our lives, from big societal issues like gender, race, and abuse of power, to little things like how to share money in complex business arrangements, and also complex things like how to love the difficult people in our lives. Hosted by 15+ year veteran of the professional coaching world, Andrea J. Lee will teach, debate, foment discussion and interview guests who are willing to talk about the tougher things in a practical way. Especially when we disagree about things, it’s important to lean in and engage. And that’s what this podcast is for. Information, inspiration, integration and implementation. Working together to take a step at a time towards the better world we know is possible.

Andrea Lee has done it again
I've lost track how much I've learned from Andrea over the years. Her wisdom is absolutely legendary, and what she has brought to life with this podcast is extraordinary. There is no one who is better at bringing heart and compassion to the most difficult and challenging topics. I highly recommend this podcast.
Clear and compassionate
I always love hearing Andrea’s original take on life and living. Her voice and choice of words are very soothing and inspiring at the same time. She is able to connect with both the spiritual and the rational among us, a unique gift.
