Customer Reviews
favorite health podcast!
love this show - so much tangible health info!
Promoting Ozempic? Wow.
I used to love this podcast but I am really disappointed in the direction of recent episodes. I know it says that the opinions of the guests don’t reflect opinions of the company but it does not seem that way! Promoting ozempic? Morgan was very excited about it. I cannot get behind being excited over starvation weight loss and metabolic disruption. I literally can not listen anymore. Not what Primal kitchen used to represent at all. I guess they really did sell out to Kraft.
Good information always
Just have to speed through the (too frequent) parts when Elle interrupts and talks about herself, her story, her doctor, her friends etc…
Constructive criticism: we want to hear the guest and their story and information. Maybe you can do some solo episodes Elle to share your story again.
