Dr. Mike is a contributor to countless fitness magazines. As well as being an author of multiple books. He has a way of breaking down nutrition and eating strategies in a way that is easy to understand and implement. The show is packed with information and how you can apply it that same day. Dr. Mike is my goto source for Nutrition guidance and Information.
So glad to see Dr. Mike launch his podcast - he's the real deal! I first found out about him back in 2012 from his Peak Diet & Training Summit - he was dropping knowledge back then and he still is today. He does a fantastic job of breaking down complex nutritional concepts into practical nutritional habits. Definitely check out his podcast!
