Demasculinized readings into comics

Researched conversations on persons, events, and ideas through the history of comics. While comics is not a new medium, scholarly work in the field has long lacked accessibility, leading to a lack of attention. Their work to illuminate through the mass density of pages and to amplify the conditions of marginalized artists is vital.

Great, educational comics discussion

E and Cathy are a) delightful and b) educational. They cover tons of great topics including art/comics history and comics in education. It's great to have a podcast discussion that isnt just industry news or explaining which batman is which. If you're looking for a smart, interesting dialogue about comics, this is the one!

Great Discussions

Awesome to have a really academic perspective on comics! I've been really excited by the engaged, accessible readings so far and am excited to see where else they go! Watch out: in early eps, the volume on the voices is really low. Not sure what the fix is here (I'm not a podcaster), but it does make it important to turn your volume down when you're done listening. I have to turn up the volume 2-3 times as high to hear!
