Description

Dynamite Hemorrhage Radio is a bi-weekly, hour-long radio show playing sub-underground rocknroll music from punks, girls, pop merchants, artpunks and garage rock heathens from the 1960s through this past week. Jay Hinman hosts & brings his sometimes limited, sometime encyclopedic knowledge on the artists to inform, educate and even DELIGHT you. Mostly, though, it's about the rad tuneage. Easily my favorite music podcast these days

Finding a new episode of Jay's Dynamite Hemorrhage Radio podcast waiting in my iTunes is always a lift in my day. The selection is of excellent quality and breadth, the commentary informative and fun. This podcast has introduced an awful lot of great new music to our household over the past year. It's a never-miss.

Great radio.

I listen to many a fine podcasts out there, but few have that feel of a true radio show or keep me for an entire episode each time. Dynamite Hemorrhage is a fine piece of work that reminds me of some of my fave underground rock n roll DJs of long ago and doesn't have any of that gimmickry that seems to plague some of the other podcasts I listen to. Just an hour of new and old, slightly familiar and downright obscure tunes with a little band/artsist history thrown in. I come away from each episode with something new to dig deeper into.

rock n roll goldmine

Fantastic radio station, especially for obscure rock n roll/punk, old and new. Happy to see the show branching out a bit in recent episodes, playing artists like Julie Byrne and Daniel Bachman. Great stuff.
