Good but slow down!

We all know that us devs speed talk - but ¥ou need to slow down when doing a podcast - otherwise, great info.

Great info, history and current

I love this podcast, it is one of the few I have on auto-download. As someone newer to the Mac/iOS dev world, it's great to get some historical viewpoints on apple and associated technologies/methodologies, and how it lead to where we are today. Plus always nice to have humorous inserts from Andrew and Wolf. Thank you guys for a great show!

Unafraid of the details

Update: Andrew's audio is about 100x better than in the early episodes. Thank you for addressing this, Andrew. This is one of my favorite podcasts — stay sharp, guys!

I regularly listen to about a dozen really good technology-related podcasts. What I especially appreciate about Edge Cases is that Pontious and Rentzsch don't hesitate to peel back the outer layer of the black boxes that make up so much of what we software engineers work with on a regular basis and explain it for the curious. For example, everyone likes to pile on their vendor's products, be it Apple, Google, Twitter, or whomever. On Edge Cases, these two don't merely lament the warts and bugs in the APIs and tools, they'll actually point out the specific problems and often discuss solutions that they or the community have used to address them. They also talk about things they like, or that are cool, or which you might not already have known about. It's a solid technical podcast that gets you going in the morning.
