Great for small food businesses!

Just discovered today and am on my third episode before lunch!

Food business "smarts" and personalities

If you are a fan of entrepreneurship podcasts, or even if you're just a foodie interested in business, the twice-a-month Edible-Alpha podcast is one to subscribe to. Tera Johnson of the Food Finance Institute (University of Wisconsin-Extension) talks with food and beverage business owners who have grown/scaled their operations. When you hear about their journeys, you not only learn about business from their successes and failures, you also feel like you're getting to know them as people because of the warm, honest dialogue. Plus, being from Wisconsin, you have to love it when Tera says "holy cow."
