This is so great

I don't have much else to say except that I'm 35 with no kids but I listen to Happier and wanted to check this out. I will recommend to friends who have teenagers. It reminds me of how I felt as a teenager. Eliza is very lucky to have parents who were more understanding than mine. I still hide my candy. :)

Wise beyond her years!

Kudos to Eliza for taking this on…along with SATs, high school, college prep, social media, and all the other things teens do these days. I thought she was delightful when she guested with her mother, Gretchen Rubin, and her aunt, Elizabeth Kraft, on their podcast in the past few months. Actually I found her to be the BEST guest they have had on so far…except for maybe her younger sister who also seemed very poised and self aware. Eliza clearly is wise beyond her years but funny and honest about her concerns and idiosyncrasies. I hope she’s keeping a journal…she is already developing her own voice.

A new favorite podcast of mine!

I love the Happier podcast and heard about Eliza’s there. I have four kids, my oldest will turn sixteen this May and I so appreciate the insight on life of a teen in today’s world. I am an over-sharer too, my daughter holds her cards a little closer. Thank you Eliza for being so open and honest!
