Great information

Great information. The audio has improved over the last year. As always, the information is quite useful for both beginners and experienced cyclists. Topics can be derived from questions from listeners or from topics Coach Rob sees as important for people he coaches. He coaches a large range of athletes. He has several that are competing on a national level and many that like myself are trying to get better at recreational riding. Topics are generally relevant to all people who ride from commuters to computers. Worth listening.

Worth it to listen

Rob does a good job and produces at a regular interval. Keeps it simple most of the time for the average Joe or Jane. Brings in Kelli for nutrition guidance which has been productive for me. I have tried some of the training tips which have been good and like I said before, keeps it within reach of the amateur cyclist as well as relevant for the elite cyclists also. Responsive to questions and comments. I'm considering hiring or enrolling in his programs.

This is an excellent podcast that covers all aspects of cycling but also discusses endurance training as it applies to all disciplines. Rob goes into detail about the science behind his recommendations with additional information related to his and his athletes' personal experiences. These are well-organized topics by a professional coach who does his homework and loves to share what he has learned. If there is a topic he hasn't covered, just wait--it will be. Or just ask. He pays attention. I recommend this for athletes at any level of experience who want to up their game or to even just understand why their workouts are structured the way they are (and if you don't have structure, why you should!). Keep up the great work!!
