Brilliant, engrossing, and groundbreaking
Thank you, TTMO for this wonderful first podcast, which i listened to in its entirety tonight, completely rapt. So much of what you spoke about ought to resonate with listeners, both those who have struggled with addictions like drugs and alcohol and those who believe they do not and maybe never have, but oh, they fool themselves, so many of them, don't they?
To listeners unfamiliar with Taking the Mask Off and Cortland Pfeffer, you can expect only a compassionate refusal to be anything but honest on this podcast, both about himself and guests and listeners. If you do not prize or care about honesty, then this might not be for you. But if you have ever thought even for a second that society or your life has forced you into a role that might not be the real you, try listening...you just might get, um, hooked!
