Amazing

The dynamic duo of breaking down anxiety to where it's no longer something to fear. They explain how getting out of your habitual and cyclical thinking can make a huge difference and anxiety is not something that has to stop your life.

Down to earth and helpful

I started listening to this show about a week ago when my anxiety came back full force after 5 years of making progress. These girls are hilarious and I love how Kelli breaks everything down into scientific facts and reason. I’m also a nerd and love to know what chemical is causing what symptom etc. Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge! You’ve made me feel more comfortable with my uncomfortableness.
