Great podcast for just about anyone!

So happy I stumbled upon this podcast. As a student in a clinical psychology program, I find the topics of each episode to be thought provoking and applicable to my professional work. Dr. Gillihan’s guests offer unique insight on their areas of expertise. I also appreciate his integration of CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches. Topics are discussed in a way that is easy to understand such that those who are not mental health professionals can also benefit a ton from listening. This podcast is very helpful for my own personal growth as well!
