Loved it. It was very informal because the guest was her mother, but it was validating for me as another non traditional phd. I heard so many things that I could identify with while listening.

Right on target
I just defended my dissertation after 5.5 years in a doctoral program. She really captures the ups and downs of being POC and/or woman in a doctoral program at a PWI. If you are interested in grad school and/or academia listen to this podcast.
