The podcast that turned me onto podcasts!

I've never been a podcast person ever but Ben happened to be interviewing my coach so I listened in. It's hard to find "experts" within the fitness industry that aren't pushing false information just to gain notoriety so I am so happy to have found this podcast - listening to educated, like-minded people in mindful, thought-provoking discussion is a breath of fresh air. I've had this playing non-stop today and now I'm apparently a podcast person! 👍🏼👍🏼
