The challenge with growth is that the habits that got you here become the limitations that prevent you from getting there. Growth not only requires us to learn new habits. It requires that we unlearn old ones. I’m Tim Hamilton, CEO of Praxent and host of the Commanding Business podcast. Each week, I interview authors, experts and real world leaders about how they grew their teams, their organizations and ultimately themselves. From leadership to management and marketing to innovation, we’ll cover a variety of topics with an aim to uncover actionable takeaways you can implement in your own organization today.

WOW….Commanding Business Podcast is flat out awesome. Good production quality. Easy to listen. Very impressed Tim. Keep bringing it.

Tim Hamilton is one of the wisest business thinkers I've encountered. Highly recommended!

Sobering, inspiring, and applicable for business owners and managers

The information streaming back has to be played and replayed to let it really sink in: Not just jargon and blipverts, these interviews with successful professionals in the field provide insight to solid game-altering principles in business analysis, visioning, and improvement.
Weighing in at ~45m apiece, it's a bit much to stomach in a busy day, but there is a lot of to consume: I find myself repeating segments for a second and third listen.
