Depends on your style.

The information was spot on, I enjoyed it. My only issue was that it (I listened to episode 055) sounded more like ebook, like scripted in most of the episode, which was a little turn off for me. I enjoy a more relaxed, just talking sort of manner - like I’m just talking with a friend. Towards the end she did sort of relax in my opinion and sound a little more like she was just talking to me (but it was just the recap and ending). Again, I’m not familiar with Elyse, this is my first time hearing her podcast, so maybe this is just how she speaks. Otherwise awesome content!

So Good

I randomly found this podcast when I listened to her on Jenna Kutchers. I have always been open to therapy but only been once when I needed marriage counseling. I love she does it from a trailer, I listened to her first episode and plan to listen to more. Stoked on the find and love her style.

This is my all time favorite...Elyse speaks ij a way that is so relatable, and shares messages that resonate on so many levels. I look forward to each new episode!
