Kim Peek is a fitness and real-food enthusiast who is also a theater-mom, dog-mom and breast cancer survivor. Kim has a number of coaching certifications including: ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach, USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach and Healthy Running. She is certified to teach a variety of fitness formats, and is constantly studying movement, motivation and other wellness topics to unlock success secrets for her audience and clients. With this podcast, Kim hopes to empower others to take charge of their lives and health by finding ways they can incorporate small changes.

Kim “walks her talk” and I love that she is sharing her life experience and wisdom with a broader audience here. Not only does she keep it real but is also willing to discuss tough topics in an understandable and “come alongside you” way. Highly recommended!
First of all, Kim has a phenomenal story about how she began her fitness journey and stayed the course through a battle with breast cancer. Her positivity and enthusiasm are contagious! Each podcast has great takeaways that you can implement immediately. I've been in the health and fitness industry for many years and picked up many, "aha!" tips that were new ways of thinking for my ingrained brain!
I also felt like I was sitting right there with Kim and her guests. Kim’s podcasts are personable, informative and reflective of her desire to create an inclusive environment where people of all fitness levels can support and encourage each other to live their best lives. Thanks Kim! I can’t wait to hear more!
