Awesome well thought out analysis
David and Ben work really well together and put together accessible, but fairly deep analyses of some really interesting acquisitions. Great way to get familiarized with how acquisitions are approached and evaluated in different industries. Keep it up guys!
Well worth your time.
A fascinating sense for looking at examples of what is nearly every tech entrepreneur’s goal: acquisition.
If you are in the tech scene, this is the exact type of inside baseball that will actually help you learn more about the situation you probably hope to find yourself in someday.
Ben and David are great together. This podcast is worth your time.
