WTW is all about investigating practical tips and hacks we come across on social media and in our communities, and seeing how they fit into our lifestyle. Refreshing and enthusiastic!
I've never written a podcast review before, but was so compelled by the first episode that I beelined to iTunes so I could SMASH that five-star rating. Jillian and Alison's enthusiasm for wellness is infectious and approachable, and it's clear by their conversation that they really live that life, and aren't afraid to say what they really think. So much of the wellness community and their ideals can come of as pretentious or feel unattainable to regular people like me, so I found this podcast unique and extremely refreshing. Can't wait for the next episode!

You won’t be sorry, and you’ll learn something while smiling away.
