Empowering, nourishing, & nurturing!

The other day I was so anxious and nervous and all I needed was to listen to Christine’s calming voice and my day was 100% better afterward.

The podcasts talks are nurturing, caring, and knowledgeable and her cohosts are all so varying and equally as empowering!

So glad I have this on my podcast list. I play it whenever I need guidance, motivation, or simply want to be part of a good chat with friends!

Wisdom and kindness

This podcast is wonderful and I love it! Christine and her cohosts approach everything with so much wisdom and kindness, and I love hearing from each of them. I actually have an auto-immune condition (Rheumatoid Arthritis), and have been living with that since I was a teenager. I've been managing my pain with physical activity since college, but I'm excited to hear about how nutrition could play a role in managing pain and inflammation as well!


I have to admit I don’t love podcasts and it has taken me a few weeks to finally figure out how to even listen to this one. Lol... BUT I am hooked! I will be listening to every one of Christine’s podcasts. Even though they are focused on what is commonly a heavy, complicated, judgmental topic, Christine’s approach is so inviting, positive, optimistic, relatable and even fun! I love the phase “personal lifestyle diet!” Such a respectful and inclusive way to start the conversation. Definitely a safe space for anyone who is exploring lifestyle changes! You nailed it, Christine!!
