Hi! Welcome to Rainy Day Diaries, an imperfect podcast that will dive head first into how YOU can thrive in your creative life (and business) even if you struggle with mental wellness. I'm your host Jenipher Lyn! I'm an illustrator, author and an almost mom with a full time heart to encourage others. I love animals, petting flowers and mocha lattes. As a long time struggler of anxiety and depression, I hope this podcast will help you realize you can still thrive in your life (some of the time lol) when you deal with these things on a daily basis. That you're not alone, and that falling down does NOT meant you won't get back up again!

Super easy to relate to
Each episode is relatable & comforting! As Jenipher talks my mind temorarily wanders to think of my own examples of things she's describing. Then I tune back in and enjoy her sweetness and sharing.
I really needed this today! Great ideas. Stop adulting. Yes. Yes. <—— this is where most of my anxiety peaks. You are so fun and easy to listen to! I can’t wait to hear more... Thanks for sharing!
This is an absolutely WONDERFUL podcast and so needed. Talking about mental health makes it less scary and much more approachable. Knowing others suffer from similar issues is incredibly reaassuring. Thank you Jenipher Lynn for your honesty and truthfulness. Your converstations with guests and your thought provoking questions are real and heartwarming. But its not at all dreary--this podcast is about HOPE, about RESILIENCE, and about HEALTH. Plus there's plenty of laughter. Continue shining your light JL! And thank you for shining a light in a dark place!!
