Customer Reviews

Learn from the master

Eric Hörst is both coach and scientist who delivers proven and substantive training tips for all levels of climbers (and performance-minded athletes). He also still crushes at the crag, sending 5.13 in his 50s. Thank you for these podcasts Eric. Keep up the awesome work!

Informative and engaging

Eric Horst's lifetime of climbing knowledge shines through. The latest episode is restructured into a longer format and is very engaging. Unlike other Q&A climbing podcasts, his episodes feels more like well constructed articles. It's not just tips and tricks, but the theory and inner mechanics of climbing fitness. The content is so rich, you may find yourself listening a few times. I know I did.

Keep it coming!

A truly unparalleled experience with your podcast. Thank you
