Escape the Strong Woman Trap takes a hard look at the cultural beliefs and political landscape that sets strong, driven, ambitious women up for a life spent constantly saving others from themselves, filling in gaps, and going it alone like a hybrid of Wonder Woman and Working Girl. Part social commentary, part empowerment anthem, Escape The Strong Woman Trap gets real about the double bind women put themselves in trying to prove their worth while playing a rigged game not their own making. To get what you really want out of life you need to learn how to Escape the Strong Woman Trap.

As Always - Thoughtful, Inspiring and Relevant
I am a long time fan of Sasha's blog and really appreciated her collection of thoughts when I read her book, the Strong Woman Trap. I appreciate her passion, compassion, wit and thoughtful approach to life and her ability to translate every day experiences into relevant and meaningful observations and lessons. In this first podcast, the experiences and examples Sasha shares are so relevant and timely and resonated for me, as we are all very caught up in this trying and challenging time of change. I especially liked the part about how quickly things can change in regards to our freedom as women and how slow and painful it may be to recover. Many good lessons here - thank you, Sasha, I look forward to listening to many more!
Insightful, real and important
Sasha Mobley's perspective and clean approach to what is real and true helped me to also identify what is real and true in my own life. If you are someone (male or female) who struggles with balance, staying in what brings peace and happiness and doing more than you want too simply because you can, take a listen to Sasha.
My big learnings are to remember to ask for (and accept help). It is really okay. And just because I can doesn't mean I have to do everything for myself.
Concise, helpful and heartfelt
I enjoy these brief, to-the-point podcasts that really help clear some space in one's emotional life.
