My new listen

As a former church planter that is asking how an existing church can continue to be not only relevant, but extremely fruitful; this podcast has become one of my must listen to's. Thankful for th insight that Micah, Sam and Josh share, especially the honest and open approach to the struggles within an established church. I look forward to listening more and gaining tools to help me lead. Only one issue I have, Micah is a Gators, Packers, Royals fan ... and he needs more exciting intro music. Thanks guys for this podcast!

Much needed podcast

I'm excited about this podcast and the help, support, advice, nurturing, encouragement, etc. that it can give to those of us who are pastoring and leading churches that are established. Micah, Sam, and Josh don't seem to be bogging anyone down with minutae but are still giving some sound theological and practical help. Many thanks to these brothers in Christ!

A Fresh Perspective

Well, I didn't know quite what to expect when I first heard about this podcast. I love hearing about how God is moving through church planters, but as a pastor of an established church, I can't always identify with the victories (and even the struggles) that church planters face. Leading an established church comes with a unique set of blessings and challenges, and it's often difficult to discern what to do when I face them in my context.

For me, after just the first two episodes, this podcast has become a "must listen."

The three guys who lead this podcast are all pastors of established churches, so they speak of what they know. They don't sugar-coat the hard stuff, and yet, they approach each episode with an absolute (and contagious) delight in what they do. I have struggled in my first established church, even to the point of questioning my calling. With this podcast, I feel like I have some voices speaking into my life who know what it's like to battle as I have. Thanks, guys. This is a much needed breath of fresh air for me.
