Fantastic subject matter great depth!!

I have listened to several of the podcast episodes and have enjoyed and learned from all of them. Most recently I re-listened to episode 0.17 Quantifying Engineering w. Travis Kimmel of Gitprime. This episode describes how the desire for info on engineers progress starts at mid management who are responsible for predictability. It goes on to explain how Gitprime allows engineering leads to be accurate advocates for their teams. Great discussion about remote workers as well, I work remotely half of the time and found the advice and information on how to best manage projects and communication with remote workers extremely interesting. I will be thinking about the importance of an inclusive engineering culture for awhile.

Useful and actionable!

Definitely worth checking out! Useful advice and insight whether youre the CTO of a fortune 500 company or a computer science student.
