Great first podcast by Pete & Gretchen - I enjoyed hearing about their personal lives and look forward to what they have planned for the future. I can definitely relate to their struggle with weight as we get older. Their discussion and banter are a refreshing change from other podcasts and it's fun to hear them call each other out on stuff...that's what husbands & wives do! Will be subscribing for sure :)
Stop and Listen to FatMan Chronicles!
I had the opportunity this morning to listen to the Fatman Chronicles innagural podcast - and it did not disappoint. Pete and Gretchen have a dynamic and playful banter that makes it feel more like you are hanging out with them for a glass of wine than listening to a podcast. Their mix of honesty and humor is refreshing as they share their struggles and triumphs with diet and exercise. Their experiences and stories are relatable whether it's finding the motivation to keep up with a regular exercise routine, managing your diet when you LOVE food & wine or feeling the pressure to drop the baby weight. It's inspiring to hear Pete and Gretchen tell their story - the good, the bad and the ugly - and how they support and encourage each other along the way.
Honest, Transparent and Applicable Beyond Diet/Exercise
The time flies by while listening to Pete and Gretchen share their personal triumphs (and struggles) as they strive to meet their goals related to eating, exercise and overall health, and how these things directly relate to balance and positivity in life.
The transparency is refreshing and plenty of humor keeps it light and playful. The acidity and tannins are well balanced. 94 Points! Oh, wait, I got sidetracked by that bottle. But seriously, great stuff and looking forward to many more episodes!
