Customer Reviews

Very disappointing -- Where is Rob Walch when we need him to deliver a quality podcast?

I was referred to this by DJ Lewis of The Audacity to Podcast. Unfortunately, I was surprised to discover this podcast's VERY LOW AUDIO QUALITY and also the delivery of content -- it was very disappointing. As a Libsyn customer and a fan of Rob Walch's other podcasts, I was stunned at this episode, especially when my expectations were for good audio quality, as well as professionalism delivered to us podcasters (who strive to give good quality in audio and content).

Rob Walch, where are you when we need you? Rob has delivered good quality audio and content in other podcasts. Libsyn, please replace Elsie with Rob and save this podcast -- because I am sure that other podcasters are interested in getting the potentially good content from Libsyn. Unfortunately, right now, I cannot recommend this to anyone based on episode 0, and I am afraid I have to agree with the first review left on this system (rated poor).
Rob, please come and save the day -- or else many will unsubscribe in shock and disappointment.

Looking Forward to More!

I was encouraged to hear that Libsyn is starting their own podcast to help podcasters understand the tools they offer, as well as to get a leg up on podcast promotion, sponsorship, etc. Having initially approached them as a media host only, I eventually embraced some of their existing tools, such as their Wordpress publisher and smartphone apps. There are some minor tweaks I'd like to see them make to their setup to become my *ideal* podcast hosting company, but they are already really good. I'm sure they also have more existing stuff that I haven't had a chance to look at yet, from which I'll be able to benefit. I subscribed to this podcast because I'd like to keep up-to-date on their existing features, as well as new ones they may be rolling out in the future. I look forward to what Elsie and the crew will be bringing us in the future!
