Customer Reviews

Not the usual advice and real useful.

Most advice out there on startups focuses on a familiar set of suspects. These podcasts are different and they reveal a different side to the business and in so doing give us very useful advice. For example the first episode on remote work not only talks about the issues involved in remote work but handles things like corporate culture and how one can build one to support remote work, like the company paying for trips so employees can co-locate for a week or more and foster not only interaction within the team but also with their significant others and create an actual work community.
Poornima’s work in opening the curtain to these less common topics really pays off in understanding the variety of ways things can be done and in giving us insight into what makes a good startup tick.

I Just love it!

It's great to see FemgineerTV showcase talent that you don't normally see in TC and other news sources.

Poornima brings advice from the trenches

Poornima has done it: started and/or helped start multiple companies, including Femgineer. She brings real world insights and interviews with folks, providing tremendously valuable advice and discussions to others interested in doing the same, or hiring people to help with that, or really any part of building great products. From thoughts on remote work, to building, to fund-raising, it’s all here in very digestible and actionable chunks of great thinking.
