Great podcast!

I love this podcast! The folktales are entertaining and the discussions following them do a nice job of delving into serious issues without getting too dry or heavy, and the hosts have a nice rhythm to their banter. The timbre reminds me of the kinds of discussions I like to have with my own friends, and the subject matter is interesting and accessible.

Love it!

Awesome take on classic and less we’ll know folktales. Very funny banter!

Like throwing a dull edged dart

This could be a thought provoking podcast, with a mix of fun. Unfortunately, the time is filled with two hosts making small talk about nonsense, followed by a short story, and finished off with undeveloped thoughts and opinions. It would be so much more impactful if they prepared and used the time to provide some meaningful commentary about how the stories helped shape social perceptions of women, and what is happening in our society current day. Much like the dart, this podcast is thrown on the fly without a point.
