Description

FETIDUS is a Parsec award-winning "future-noir" urban fantasy audiobook by James Durham featuring a talented cast and original music score. This freely-downloadable sci-fi/horror/mystery podcast novel is set in the grim and fetid alleys of post-apocalyptic Washington, DC, circa 2034. Art Blanchard, a jaded Washington lobbyist who works for The Foundation for the Ethical Treatment of the Innocently Damned, Undead and Supernatural (FETIDUS), takes up the twisted case of a mysterious woman, which leads him on a thrilling adventure filled with noir-humor, suspense and horror, deep into the world of the shadowy undead. Customer Reviews

Looking forward to the next one....

This first chapter was fast paced and exciting. The world and characters are dark and interesting. The combination of music, voice acting, sound effects, and narration gave the action sequences incredible momentum and really evoked the imagination. This is a really creative story. I am looking forward to the next episode.

Initial episode great

This podcast seems very promising. Would like to see additional episodes released.

great new urban fantasy podcast

Hardboiled post-apocalyptic urban fantasy with a twist of humor - what's not to like? This podcast is audio drama with great sound quality and really hilarious faux commercials that give little peaks into the word of FETIDUS. If you like T. Morris's Billibub Baddings or the offerings from Well Told Tales or Variant Frequencies, you're sure to like this.
