A fun Dissection of Dystopian Futures
I really enjoy this Podcast. Dan and Paul recap the stories well enough that I had no problem following what they were talking about. ( I have not seen any of these movies or read the books either.) I look forward to continued fun and thoughtful discussions from these guys!
While Dan and Paul do sort of review the YA dystopias, their discussions are what keep me coming back week after week!
May the odds forever favor the bold. Or something.
This is one of my new favorite podcasts. Dan and Paul review the distopias of the future and review the worlds and their structures, not the books or movies themselves. It's a discussion of everything that has always bugged you about young adult books and movies, namely that the worlds make no sense at all a lot of the time. The two commentators nail these points with wit and intellectual discussion. It also makes you wonder what you would do in these worlds and how you too could Fight the Future!
