Sincerely, this is one of the best podcasts out there. Jen’s voice calms you down and what she has to say elevates your spirit. Always! Grateful to have access to her wisdom!
Just the inspiration I need!
I just LOVE this podcast. Jen’s heartbeat is sensed in every one of the episodes I listen to. I recently listened to her interview with Miki and it was JUST the inspiration and creative heart tap I needed to embrace courage and do that next thing I’ve been dreaming of and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you, Jen, for all the beautiful beings you interview in this space and for showing up with your beautiful reminders that we are worthy of caring for and loving ourselves well.
A deep inhale and smooth exhale!
What I love about this podcast is that it is an exercise in mindfulness for me. Living in New York with a high paced job and a constantly high frequency buzzing around me, this podcast feels like a deep inhale and smooth exhale. Jen’s approach to interviews and the way she shares her own experiences is easily relatable and digestible. No matter the topic, I find myself pausing the podcast, repeating what I just heard to myself, and committing it to memory. Keep it coming, Jen!
