Keep them coming
Love the workout can't beat it it's free and gives you a great workout. I have bought tons of workout but these fit for duty ones our the best ones. There are three different pod cast so make sure you get all three. I love mixing up my work out. Your husband and you can do together and both get great workout. Thank you to all that make these pod cast happen your all helping me get back in shape.

I am a male in my mid-fifties who has never really worked out before. I recently joined Gold's Gym and have been searching all of the podcasts and other internet resources for help and information about how to work out properly. I had found the previous "Fit for Duty" podcasts and all of the ones I have watched so far have been excellent resources.
How surprised I was today when I told iTunes to refresh my podcasts and it downloaded a new episode of "Fit for Duty" and this time it is in much better HD quality compared to the older ones.
Thank you so much for these! It is great that the armed forces shares these to the entire world, not just the military personnel.
